Our policy

As the importance of multicultural coexistence grows in Japanese society, our company has been working from an early stage to create a workplace where diverse human resources can thrive. We have many foreign employees, and in order to strengthen cooperation that transcends cultural differences, we have established support systems such as Japanese language education and participation in community activities, responding to social issues and the changing times.
Human rights relief system
Every morning, our employees who are familiar with the language and work make rounds at the work site, listen to whether there are any problems, and report to the General Affairs Department. Employees can also consult the General Affairs Department directly via Messenger. The General Affairs Department will list and share the issues and take action to resolve them. In addition, we have established a consultation system for foreign employees by working with the external JP-MIRAI Assist.
Diversity Initiatives
We are promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion to realize a multicultural society. More than half of our 140 employees are foreign nationals, and we have people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including the Philippines, Vietnam, Peru, and Brazil.
