Human rights relief system

Every morning, our employees who are familiar with the language and work make rounds at the work site, listen to whether there are any problems, and report to the General Affairs Department. Employees can also consult the General Affairs Department directly via Messenger. The General Affairs Department will list and share the issues and take action to resolve them. In addition, we have established a consultation system for foreign employees by working with the external JP-MIRAI Assist.
